DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE

Pamper Hamper Gifts deliver gift hampers Australia-wide with our partner courier. Our chosen courier partners have a proven and efficient delivery record, excellent traceability and fantastic customer service.

Pamper Hamper Gifts offers free standard delivery for all orders over $150 and affordable flat rate shipping of $12.95 for all orders under $150. We offer express delivery options across Australia as well as Same Day Deliveries in the Sydney Metro area.

Delivery Times

 

Same Day Delivery

Now available in Metro Sydney. Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered that day if requested or on the date specified. This service is not available on weekends or public holidays.

Free Delivery

If your order is placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, we do our very best to dispatch your order on that business day (if your order is placed over the weekend or public holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next business day).

Please allow an additional 2 business days for deliveries to remote or rural areas across Australia.

Please place your order early to avoid any disappointment and to give us the opportunity to ensure that you hamper arrives on or before your preferred delivery date.

Please note, our couriers are UNABLE to call recipients prior to or upon delivery.

If the hamper does not contain alcohol, we give our courier the authority to leave the parcels if the recipient is not home. This only happens when the courier deems this to be safe. If a successful delivery cannot be made, and the parcel cannot be left, the courier will leave a calling card for the recipient to collect their hamper from their local post office.

All of our hampers are delivered with a reliable and efficient courier service.

All Express deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Our Express Couriers are unable to deliver on Weekends or Public Holidays.

COST OF DELIVERY

SYDNEY METRO - SAME DAY DELIVERY

For Sydney Metro Same Day Delivery, the cost is a flat rate of $25.95 (including GST).

If your order is placed before 12:00pm Monday to Friday, your hamper will be delivered the same afternoon to Sydney Metropolitan Suburbs. As a guide, these suburbs are within a 20km radius of the Sydney CBD. This is provided that all information is correct and the recipient is available to receive the delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY - FREE AUSTRALIA WIDE

All Standard Delivery orders are sent with Australia Post.

DELIVERIES TO PO BOX ADDRESSES

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses, parcel lockers and Registered Mail Bags (RMBs).

INCORRECT ADDRESS PROVIDED

Where the order contains an incorrect shipping address and the gift has already been dispatched, there is a fee of $16.95 to get the hamper redirected to the correct address.

DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

The days quoted below are business days. "Dispatch" days are business days Monday to Friday. Orders received before 3 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
