Orders

Although we are located in Australia, we accept orders placed from anywhere in the world. We are however, only able to deliver to addresses within Australia. So if you'd like to send your friend or family member who is in Australia a beautiful gift hamper, we would be able to assist you.

Yes, absolutely. In fact, if we receive an order without a card message, we will contact you to confirm no card message is required.

You can download our Bulk Order Form from our website, complete the form with the hampers you'd like to order and where you would like them delivered and email the completed back to us (the email address is included in the form). We will process your order for you and send you a tax invoice with payment options.

All the items in your gift hamper will be securely positioned and beautifully presented in our signature gift boxes complete with grosgrain ribbon and greeting card. Your gift hamper is packed securely to ensure that nothing moves around while in transit to it's destination.

Any changes you'd like to make to your order will need to be emailed through to our customer service team before 2pm on the date of dispatch.

We do not have any visibility over credit card data and often the only error message we receive is "Do Not Honour".

If your card is not being accepted, please check the following:

 - The credit card number you are entering is correct.

 - There are no spaces in your credit card number.

 - Your card has not expired.

 - Your name appears exactly the same as on the card.

If you are ordering more than 5 hampers for delivery to multiple addresses, we would recommend youDOWNLOAD MULTI-ADDRESS ORDER FORM, populate the information according to the instructions in the spreadsheet and send it back to our customer service for processing.

Delivery

Your order is shipped from our warehouse in Caringbah NSW, a suburb of Sydney.

Every hamper will arrive as a complete product. In the instance of multiple hampers being ordered as separate gifts but delivered to one address, there is a chance that they are not all delivered on the same day. There could be a partial delivery and the remaining gifts that were not delivered would most likely be delivered on the next business day. If the remainder of the gifts do not arrive, please contact our customer service and they will investigate for you.

As soon as you notice the delivery address is incorrect, please contact our customer service. If the gift has not yet been dispatched, we can fix the error easily before we print the consignment. If the gift has been dispatched before we are made aware of the incorrect delivery address, a redirection fee may apply. In most cases we will be unable to redirect your hamper if it has already been dispatched.

Our gifts are packaged in our signature black and white gift boxes which are then placed in protective shipping boxes to protect the gift box while in transit to it's final destination. 

Corporate Help

You can complete an order to multiple addresses is using our Bulk Order Spreadsheet. Once you have completed the information required on the spreadsheet, you can email it back to the email address noted in the form. We will do the rest on our side and send you the order confirmation, tax invoice and consignment tracking.
